The Legal library contains laws, jurisprudence and information on anti-corruption authorities from over 175 States worldwide, indexed and searchable according to each provision of the Convention.
The Legal Library Search provides a unique synopsis of UNCAC articles and corresponding provisions of domestic law. Searches can be restricted to a certain country, UNCAC chapter and UNCAC article. The search will then show the results in a table that can be clicked to display the full text of the national law in the original language and/or in English, as well as additional information (e.g. on the source of the information). The Legal Library will be updated continuously to reflect the results of the UNCAC Implementation Review Mechanism.
The UNCAC Map is a colour-coded map of the world. Users can select if the colours should indicate (1) the Legal System, (2) Government Structure, (3) Human Development Index 2011, or (4) Regional affiliation of each country. Moreover, using the mouse arrow to select a country on the map, information on this country can be displayed.
This is an alphabetical, clickable index of the UNCAC signatory States. Clicking on a country name will open a page with links to detailed information on the domestic anti-corruption authorities and the full text of UNCAC-related laws.
